We offer a free local pickup and delivery service in Teesside and surrounding areas to make your experience with us as convenient as possible. However, if this is not possible (usually due to longer distances), then you can send your ashes, hair or pet fur to us using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which features:

• Signature on delivery

• Guaranteed next day by 1pm

• Compensation cover up to £500

The cost of this service is £6.50, and we only ask you to pay for this one way, as we will cover the cost to send your items back to you using the same service completely free of charge.
